After selecting beautifully ripe Grenache and more from his vineyards, Luc treated Fleur du Mistral to a cool fermentation to preserve its vibrant flavors. Look forward to ripe strawberry and red apple notes, along with subtle mineral and fresh herb characters, crisp and refreshing.
