1913 Demi-Sec Moscato

Moscatel sparkling made using Charmat method using Moscato Bianco grapes from the South Region of Brazil. One of the best producing regions for sparkling in the world. Yellow-green color, intense floral aroma, very refreshing sparkling wine with the main characteristic as the balance between sweetness and acidity. Pair with Crème brûlée, Coconut pudding or Brie with honey.
