Champagne Pannier Brut Rose

A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, this rosé includes 15 percent still red wine to deepen the color. It’s cool and zesty, a contrast of fresh pink grapefruit and candied cherry flavors, all girded and focused by limestone acidity. A gentle rasp of earthiness comes up in the end, balancing and extending the fruit flavor. Pour it with Dungeness crab.
