Barrel Notes Cienega Valley Chardonnay

After careful selection, the whole grape clusters were pressed (as opposed to being crushed and de-stemmed), which creates a more elegant, flavorful wine. Barrel fermentation, followed by eleven months of barrel aging, imparted a creamy-smooth texture and vanilla oak notes to the vibrant, orchard-fruit flavors.
