Wilson Gunn Bellum Cabernet Shiraz

It’s named after the original winemaker’s Scottish ancestors, the Gunn family, whose family motto was aut pax aut bellum (“either peace or war”). Marrying Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra with Shiraz from the Barossa Valley (top regions for their respective grape varieties), the wine overflows with lush dark-fruit flavors plus subtle mint and spice notes.
