ROC Cuvée Bordeaux

Cold soaked the grape skins in their juice for one week to extract as much color and flavor as possible before fermentation. Medium- to full-bodied red wine with ripe plum and cherry aromas. The palate offers juicy plum, cherry and blueberry flavors, with fresh acidity, silky tannins and a long, concentrated finish.
