ROC Clairet Rosé

Clairet is the original, dark-hued Bordeaux rosé—almost red, but just as refreshing. For this delicious Clairet, they used deliciously ripe Merlot from a top estate with sustainability at their core. Given a short maceration (aka fermentation with the juice on the skins) to make a juicier, fruitier and mouthwatering expression of Merlot.

Chill the wine for 15-20 minutes in the fridge to let the wine’s deep cherry and cassis flavors really shine. It’s sure to win the hearts of red wine and rosé lovers alike.
