Grand Vin de l'Epervier

Full-bodied red with aromas of ripe cherry, plum, cassis and exotic spices. It’s velvety with smooth, textured tannins, intense, weighty dark fruits laced with clove, oak spice and wild herb notes. Grenache sets the tone with a bright berry ripeness, while Syrah brings a dark-fruited depth and savory spice. Carignan adds a lively touch, and all of it melds smoothly on the palate, thanks to its luxurious barrel aging.
